Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing RhemaCreationz Global LLC. We are honored to serve you and are committed to providing professional, timely, and high-quality services. To ensure a smooth experience for every client, please review our booking policies below. Booking Policy: Appointments and services are available by advance booking through our website. When booking a service, clients agree to: -Provide accurate contact information. -Select the appropriate service based on their needs. -Complete any required intake forms before their appointment. -Submit payment or the required deposit (if applicable) to secure their booking. Appointments are not confirmed until payment has been made and a confirmation email has been received. Payment Policy: Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Remaining balances must be paid before or at the beginning of the scheduled appointment. Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, confirmed bookings will honor the price at the time of reservation. Cancellation Policy: We understand that unexpected situations arise. If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made: 48 hours or more in advance Eligible for rescheduling or refund according to the service purchased. Less than 48 hours before the appointment Any prepaid balance may be applied toward one future appointment at the discretion of RhemaCreationz Global LLC. Same-day cancellations May result in forfeiture of the entire appointment fee. Rescheduling Policy: We gladly allow clients to reschedule appointments. To reschedule: Requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. One complimentary reschedule is permitted for each booked service. Additional rescheduling requests may require a new booking fee or deposit. Rescheduled appointments must be completed within 60 days of the original appointment date unless otherwise approved. Late Arrival Policy: Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Clients arriving: Up to 15 minutes late may still be seen if scheduling permits. More than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and may be charged a late cancellation fee. Appointments will end at the originally scheduled time to avoid delaying other clients. No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to attend their appointment without prior notice will be required to pay a $25 fee.
