I was introduced to Latoya Washington when she presented as a guest speaker at an event. In less than an hour, she shared so many gems that I knew I needed to learn more from her. She is passionate about helping people to communicate effectively. I signed up for the course because communication fascinates me and I'm intrigued by human behavior. I also knew that my listening skills could use some improvement and it would be beneficial to learn how to communicate more assertively. 
The class did not disappoint! The use of videos really drove the point home and allowed me to see myself in areas that needed improvement and highlight areas that worked well for me. The course offers practical instruction and solutions to improve communication. I would highly recommend the course for anyone who wants to have better engagements in their personal and professional life.
